Lauren’s challenges with her own skin were what initially inspired her to pursue a career in skincare. As any acne sufferer knows, the condition can be devastating to your self-confidence. Lauren not only wanted to seek solutions to help with her own skin struggles but also help others achieve better skin health and feel great about their complexion and appearance.

Compassion is the cornerstone of Lauren’s approach to client care. She enjoys working with people experiencing their own skin challenges because it allows her to draw from her past experiences to make them feel heard, understood, validated, and hopeful. By combining her personal journey with her professional expertise, she can help clients overcome their skin issues and achieve their desired results. Lauren finds it immensely rewarding to hear that her clients feel more secure and confident in their skin and love how they look, knowing that she has played a part in their transformation.

Lauren excels at creating customized treatment plans for her clients. These plans may include a combination of professional in-clinic treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and laser, along with the most effective skincare products for home use. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to skincare, but rather celebrates what makes each client unique and tailors her recommendations to their goals and lifestyles.

Continuing education is a top priority in Lauren’s life. She recognizes that the esthetics industry is constantly evolving, and she must stay informed of current offerings and trends to best serve her clients. Lauren understands the overwhelming nature of the esthetics industry and considers it a privilege to guide her clients through the myriad of options to discover what suits them best. She feels fortunate that her clients trust her with their skin!

Outside of work, Lauren finds solace in the pages of a good book or in the company of her loved ones. She also enjoys culinary adventures in her kitchen, creating delightful dishes for those she holds dear. Lauren’s curiosity extends beyond the clinic, as she explores the Twin Cities, seeking out new walking paths and hiking trails to enjoy on her weekends.
