Long before many clients step foot inside Refinery Skin Clinic, they’ve already met Nicolette.
As Social Media & Marketing Manager, Nicolette helps shape the digital presence, storytelling, and first impressions that introduce our clients to the Refinery Skin Clinic experience. Through strategic marketing, creative campaigns, and engaging content, she helps bring our brand to life while building meaningful connections with both current and future clients.
Her role includes:
- Leading Refinery’s social media strategy and digital presence
- Creating engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content that keeps our clients in-the-know about the medical aesthetics industry and news from the clinic
- Helping prospective clients get a true sense of who Refinery is before they ever walk through our doors
- Building an authentic online community that reflects the warmth, expertise, and personality of the Refinery team and how we care for our clients
A Little Bit About Me
I’m originally from Prior Lake, Minnesota, and while my career path may not have started in aesthetics, it seems I somehow landed exactly where I was meant to be!
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, and after college, I found my way into marketing, where I’ve now spent more than four years doing what I love: blending creativity, strategy, storytelling, and brand-building.
What makes Refinery especially meaningful for me is that I was actually a client here before joining the team. I already loved the Refinery experience from the client perspective, so getting the opportunity to help tell that story from the inside feels incredibly full circle.
This industry is such a natural fit for me because it combines creativity, connection, and confidence in such a unique way. I love helping showcase the expertise behind what we do, the amazing people who make Refinery what it is, and the incredible clients we get to connect with every day.

My Life Outside of Refinery Skin Clinic
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, traveling, golfing, and staying active. I’m also a dedicated sourdough baker, which feels equal parts wholesome hobby and personality trait at this point!
I’m a huge animal lover, happiest when I’m surrounded by the people I love, and always up for doing something fun, whether that’s grabbing dinner, going for a walk, planning an adventure, or simply making the most of a day off.
