What I’m Known For & My Areas of Expertise

My expertise centers around advanced skin rejuvenation, laser technologies, microneedling, corrective skincare, and helping clients understand exactly how to care for their skin both in and out of the treatment room.

I’m especially known for my consultation style. Why? I believe education is one of the most important parts of great skincare outcomes, so I spend time helping clients understand their skin, what’s contributing to their concerns, what realistic improvement looks like, and how we can strategically get there together.

Whether we’re treating pigmentation, texture concerns, acne scarring, redness, early signs of aging, or overall skin rejuvenation, I take a personalized, long-term approach rather than chasing quick fixes.

Clients often tell me they appreciate how informed, heard, and confident they feel after our conversations, and that means a lot to me.

A Little Bit About Me

I’m originally from Minnesota, and my path into aesthetics has taken me on a pretty exciting journey!

My love for skincare actually started long before I officially entered the industry. I was a skincare client myself and quickly became fascinated by what was possible when science, treatment, and consistency came together.

That curiosity led me to start working as a front desk coordinator at Minneapolis Plastic Surgery while attending esthetics school part-time at the Aveda Institute. Once I completed my training, I was hired immediately as an esthetician, and the rest is history!

Over the years, my career has taken me from Minneapolis to Scottsdale, Arizona, then to Chicago, allowing me to work in diverse aesthetic markets and continue expanding my clinical expertise.

I also pursued advanced hands-on laser education through the National Laser Institute in both Dallas and Scottsdale, which helped deepen my passion for device-based corrective treatments.

What drew me to Refinery was the culture. The supportive team environment, strong female leadership, commitment to growth, and the balance of professionalism with genuine warmth made it feel like exactly the kind of place I wanted to be.

I believe great results begin with listening carefully, asking the right questions, and creating space for honest conversations about goals, frustrations, and expectations.

No two clients have the same skin, lifestyle, or priorities, which is why I believe every treatment plan should be highly personalized.

My approach combines education, clinical expertise, realistic goal setting, and a thoughtful mix of in-clinic treatments and home care support.

I’m not interested in overwhelming clients or pushing unnecessary treatments. I’m interested in building smart, strategic plans that create meaningful improvement over time.

The best results happen when clients feel informed, empowered, and like active participants in their skin journey.

My Life Outside of Refinery Skin Clinic

Outside of work, I love staying active, exploring new places, and making the most of life’s adventures.

You’ll often find me hiking, biking, traveling, attending concerts or comedy shows, or checking out local events around town.

Family time is incredibly important to me, especially spending time with my identical twin sister (yes, identical!) as well as my niece, nephew, and extended family.

Whether it’s a big celebration, a casual day together, or simply relaxing at home, I really value connection and making time for the people I love.
