As one of the friendly faces greeting you at the front of Refinery Skin Clinic, Kassidy helps keep the client experience seamless from the moment you walk through our doors to the moment you head home glowing.

She helps support the day-to-day flow of the clinic by:

• Welcoming clients and helping you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive 
• Managing check-in and check-out for a smooth, efficient visit 
• Scheduling appointments with the provider who best fits your goals 
• Helping keep the front-of-house experience organized, polished, stress-free, and fun! 

A Little Bit About Me

I’ve lived in the Twin Cities my entire life and have been part of the beauty industry for over a decade. I earned my esthetics license in 2014 and have done a little bit of everything in the beauty world, but for many years, my specialty was eyelash extensions.

After seven years in the lash industry, I became a Master Lash Extension Technician, trainer, and eventually a regional trainer and manager. While I loved that chapter of my career, I found myself increasingly drawn back to esthetics, specifically the medical side of aesthetics.

After experiencing medical aesthetic treatments myself and seeing not only the visible improvements in my skin, but also how much better and more refreshed I felt, I knew I wanted to be part of helping others experience that same feeling.

What I love most about Refinery? The energy. The expertise. The way every client is cared for thoughtfully and authentically. It’s such a fun, welcoming environment to be part of.

My Life Outside of Refinery Skin Clinic

Outside of Refinery, I’m usually spending time with my best friends and their adorable little ones (fully obsessed), checking out a fun happy hour spot, thrifting or antiquing for hidden treasures, attempting a new recipe in the kitchen, or heading to a concert.
