ABOUT RANDI

Randi has been in love with the beauty industry for as long as she can remember! Growing up with a mother who was a licensed cosmetologist deeply influenced Randi and taught her the value of taking care of her skin and hair and how empowering it is to love the way you look! This passion has steered her career path in life ever since.

Randi’s first job as a young adult was at the beauty counter at Walgreens. Here, she was exposed to a wide array of skin, body, and hair care products and learned how to make sound recommendations based on customer’s concerns and goals. Randi went on to work at a day spa, where she learned the value of consistent skincare treatments and the importance of self-care. Her path then led her to the fast-paced environment of Ulta Beauty, where she fell in love with the transformative qualities of makeup. All these experiences made Randi realize how much she enjoys helping people find solutions to their concerns and being a part of the joy and confidence they feel once they achieve their goals.

The Refinery Skin Clinic team is overjoyed that Randi’s journey eventually brought her to us! As our Front Desk Lead, Randi’s beaming smile is one of the first our clients encounter when walking through our front doors. Her energy and warmth are contagious, and the connections she makes with clients validate our clinic’s belief that everyone under our roof should feel like and be treated like family. Randi wants every client to know they’re important, that they matter, and that they belong at our clinic.

Like her co-workers, Randi practices what she preaches regarding skin health. She diligently maintains her fair complexion with regular dermablading + DiamondGlow™ treatments and is addicted to how flawless her makeup looks after these treatments! Randi is also a massive fan of SkinMedica® skincare products to help keep her skin tone clear and even and to prevent the visible signs of aging.

Outside of work, Randi loves spending time with family and friends. Makeup artistry is a major creative outlet for her, and she enjoys testing out the latest products and trends. Randi also makes it a point to regularly get out of her comfort zone and try new things, so she continues growing, learning, and loving new aspects of life!
